Project Experience

Axa Technology Group – Internal Alterations - SPC representatives (working on behalf of a-cube architects) acted as the designer for the refurbishment of the Axa Tech Group’s printing HQ in Lytham St Annes. They were initially employed by the client and subsequently novated to the Contractor under the Design and Build Contract.

Sale Town Hall – Internal Refurbishment – Recently SPC managed the restructuring of the reception area of Sale Town Hall on behalf of Trafford Council, the role included measured survey work and ensuring the main contractor completed the project on time and to the right quality.
