Project Experience

Plus Dane Group – 72 – 80 Mulgrave Street, Liverpool – This £750k project comprised of the internal alterations and refurbishment of 5nr 4 storey Victorian properties in Liverpool. SPC representatives (working on behalf of a-cube architects) acted as Contract Administrator and CDM-C for the project which was successfully completed in 2007.

Liverpool Housing Trust – 126 Sheil Road, Liverpool - This property had been split into 12 bed sits and was required to be completely remodelled to accommodate 3nr 3 bed apartments. Again SPC representatives (working on behalf of a-cube architects) acted as Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Cost Consultant, Party Wall Surveyor and CDM-C.

New Charter Housing Group – Crowhill Road - This project included the New Build development of 13nr family dwellings and 9 apartments. SPC representatives (working on behalf of a-cube architects) acted as Office Project Manager representing the company at meetings addressing technical issues and insuring that deadlines were achieved and contractual obligations were being met.
