JD Sports award Sale Property Consultants exclusive contract.

JD Sports have acknowledged that our service has risen the bar of expectation and in recognition of our efforts we have been awarded 16 new contracts for 2010 with the potential to increase this throughout the year. Moreover the Head of Retail at Bank Fashion has specifically requested that SPC undertake their projects exclusively going forward, therefore all Bank Fashion Stores in the North of England, Scotland and part of Wales will be under the control of Sale Property Consultants Ltd.

Other projects: Already this year we have delivered JD Sports in Paisley and we have undertaken feasibility scopes on Bank Macclesfield, Bank Wilmslow, Bank Shrewsbury, Bank Ashton and Bank Grimsby, which is due to start on site on April. We have also been advised that new projects in Bradford, Manchester, Swansea, Glasgow and Aberdeen will also be given to SPC to undertake the Project Management and Quantity Surveying.

Bank Fashion – The Trafford Centre, Manchester: We have been appointed as Project Manager’s and Quantity Surveyor’s for the new 8000f² flag ship store for this developing retail fascia. Following several months of managing the development of the design and achieving the budget, the project has now been awarded to a main contractor and we start on site on 29^th March 2010 for nine weeks…….watch this space for the photographs!

Bank Fashion – Almondvale Shopping Centre, Livingston: This B+ retail fit out which is due to start on site on 31^st May 2010 has been tendered and the supply chain is already in place. SPC have been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors and over the past couple of months have ensured all aspects of the pre-contract stage have been address and now we await approval from the Building Warrant Officer and the Landlord before we can start on site.

Bank Fashion – Newcastle-upon-Tyne: Located on the very busy Northumberland Street, BANK have agreed with the landlord a lease on a large retail outlet. The remedial work required to the building is extensive including the removal of a lift and a staircase before the unit can be fitted out. We have estimated a 16 week programme for the project making it the biggest project that BANK are likely to roll out during 2010.

JD Sports and Bank Fashion- ………. Trinity Square, Wakefield: This project has only been awarded to SPC in the last few days so we’re excited to be involved with a multi-fascia scheme. The likelihood is that this will be rolled out later in the year.
