The more experienced members of our team began their careers Project Managing for some of the major Banking corporations, most notably Barclays, The Royal Bank of Scotland, HBOS and Nat West. The role included programme management of both refurbishment and new build roll outs and the removal of asbestos from the clients property portfolio, in some cases the roll out included 300+ units. Management responsibility was also extended directly on site whereby members of our team project managed refurbishments and new build of retail and commercial banking premises; this work was conducted during employment with Faithful & Gould.

Project Experience

Royal Bank of Scotland national roll out – The project management of the refurbishment of several projects throughout the midlands area including Coventry, Luton and Leicester.

Barclays Bank national roll out – – The Project Management of several schemes throughout the North East, including Gateshead, South Shields, Southwick and Sunderland

HBOS, Halifax – Quantity Surveyor for the restructuring of Thistle House including the demolition of outhouses and the landscaping of the car park including the adaptation of the local highways in Chester.
