The Sugar Lounge, Deansgate Locks, Manchester – this high specification fit out in the heart of the city was aimed at the high end of the market and was procured using the Design and Build approach and was successfully delivered. Our representative who was employed at Faithful and Gould at the time acted as Employers Agent during the course of the project.
