Project Experience

Trafford House – Construction Management of a luxury 6 bedroom detached dwelling with a one bedroom annex, games room and cinema room, project period 18 months, project value £420,000.00; our team managed resided on site throughout the project and managed the scheme on a day to day basis.

72-80 Mulgrave Street, Liverpool – This £750,000.00 project comprised of the internal alterations and refurbishment of 5nr 4 storey Victorian properties in Liverpool. SPC acted as Contract Administrator and CDM-C for the project which was successfully completed on time and on budget.

Hyde Park Place, London – Construction Management of a luxury 3 bedroom flat refurbishment including state of the art music, audio, lighting and security systems, project period 6 months, project value £300,000.00; our team stayed on site throughout the duration of the project and managed the scheme on a day to day basis.
