Banking

The more experienced members of our team began their careers Quantity Surveying for some of the major Banking corporations, most notably Barclays, The Royal Bank of Scotland, HBOS and Nat West. The role included the quantity surveying, reporting on cost and programme across a 300+ unit roll out. This responsibilities also extended to on site quantity surveying of retail and commercial banking premises; this work was conducted during employment with Faithful & Gould.

Project Experience

Royal Bank of Scotland national roll out – central cost management, on site liaison, asbestos removal programme and on site quantity surveyor for the refurbishment programme.

Barclays Bank national roll out – quantity surveying of several projects including Team Valley, Gateshead, Southwick, Sunderland and Carlisle

HBOS, Halifax – Quantity Surveyor for the restructuring of Thistle House including the demolition of outhouses and the landscaping of the car park including the adaptation of the local highways in Chester.
